My 23 year old furnace died on the coldest day of the year. Rescue Air was able to come to my home within 24 hours of my call. Rather than just tell me that my furnace was broken they were able to take a video of the inside of the furnace and show me why it was broken and had to be replaced. Once diagnosed, Rescue Air was able to come back to my home the next day and install a new furnace in less than two hours. The new furnace has been in place for a week and everything seems to be working perfectly so far.
